By accessing or using TRKFLY AI ("the Service"), including the LearnAI platform, our products, and the careers/recruitment process, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not:
- →Misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service
- →Submit content or information that infringes any third party's rights
- →Create multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits or pricing tiers
- →Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform
- →Impersonate any other person or entity in your application or account
3. Accounts & Subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Paid subscription plans are billed per the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. The 3-day free trial is provided once per account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. AI-Generated Content
The LearnAI platform uses AI models (Google Gemini and others) to generate lessons, quizzes, and explanations. While we strive for accuracy, AI output may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. You should verify critical information from authoritative sources.
5. Job Applications & Recruitment
When you apply for a position via the /careers page, you submit personal information voluntarily. By doing so, you confirm that:
- →All information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- →You consent to TRKFLY AI processing your data for recruitment evaluation
- →Your resume may be processed by AI tools to extract structured fields
- →We may retain your application for up to 24 months for future opportunities
- →Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview or offer
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, code, and design on the Service is the property of TRKFLY AI or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission. Educational content you generate through the LearnAI platform is yours to use personally and non-commercially.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRKFLY AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.
